The former orthopedic surgeon, Howard Setzer, pleaded guilty to abusing women at his office in O’Fallon, Mo., in July and more recently pleaded guilty to two counts of sodomy, four counts of sexual abuse and four counts of sexual assault for incidents that occurred at his former orthopedic practice offices in Richmond Heights, Mo., and Creve Coeur, Mo.
According to the report, Mr. Setzer will be sentenced for the most recent counts in December. He already received a month in jail and five years of probation for his guilty plea in July.
