Tampa, Fla.-based Orthopaedic Solutions Management partnered with Orlando Orthopaedic Center and its affiliated ASC, Orlando Orthopaedic Outpatient Surgery Center.
The transaction marked the management services organization’s 23rd partnership since its formation, according to an Aug. 18 company news release.
Orlando Orthopaedic Center has 24 orthopedic specialists across eight locations throughout Central Florida, in addition to its ASC. Orthopaedic Solutions Management will maintain the practice’s brand and office locations, and the practice will continue to operate under the leadership of its physician partners.
Orthopaedic Solutions Management has a network of 212 physicians and 504 total providers across Florida. The organization was founded in 2019.
