A property in Temple Terrace, Fla., that houses a Florida Orthopedic Institute location, has been sold for $53.55 million, according to an Oct. 23 report from traded.
The 85,000-square-foot property was purchased at a price of $630 per square foot.
LaSalle Investment Management bought the property, which was sold by Alliant Partners Development.
The site was redeveloped into a medical facility for Florida Orthopedic Institute, the report said.
