Orthopedic devicemaker Exactech was bought by Strategic Value Partners, an investment firm, according to a March 11 news release.
The investment firm won a bid to acquire the company and all of its assets. Exactech is expected to present the sale for court approval in March, and the deal is expected to close in May.
Exactech is in the process of restructuring, and SVP has committed more than $100 million of additional financing to support the company.
