Mr. Collins joined Exactech from Xenter, a healthcare startup, Exactech said in an Oct. 4 news release. Before that, he spent 11 years at Zimmer Biomet where he was group CFO. He has held other leadership roles including vice president of finance, corporate controller and chief accounting officer.
Exactech develops implants and surgical instruments for joint replacement.
