1. Dr. Haggart specializes in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine.
2. After earning his medical degree from Iowa City-based University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, Dr. Haggart completed a residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich. and a fellowship in sports medicine at Coral Gables, Fla.-based Miami Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute.
3. Dr. Haggart previously served as a team physician for the Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins and Miami-based Florida International University athletics.
