Enovis launches bone growth stimulation device

Medtech company Enovis has expanded its device portfolio with the addition of the Manafuse Bone Growth Stimulator.

The portable device is indicated for daily use in the noninvasive treatment of fresh fractures and fracture nonunion, according to a July 7 news release from the company.

The stimulator utilizes a low intensity pulsed ultrasound signal to help activate the body’s natural healing process. 

The intended use of the device is for 20 minutes once daily for up to 343 days, the release said.
