Enovis acquires orthopedic startup

Orthopedic devicemaker Enovis acquired 360 Med Care, a startup based in Australia.

This is Enovis’ first acquisition since its rebrand, according to a May 9 news release. The startup focuses on total joint replacement technologies.

“We are excited to have 360 Med Care join our organization,” Andrew Fox-Smith, president of international business at Enovis, said in the release. “With their focus on continuous improvement, particularly through research and development that brings clinical benefit, they are a natural and welcome addition to the Enovis family.”
