EmergeOrtho adds surgeon

Durham, N.C.-based EmergeOrtho’s Triangle Region has hired Michael McGraw, MD, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. 

Dr. McGraw treats shoulder, hip and knee conditions, including rotator cuff tears, ACL injuries and arthritis, using minimally invasive and advanced surgical approaches, according to an Aug. 20 Linkedin post by the organization. 

He has cared for professional athletes with the New York Mets as well as collegiate athletes at Greenville, N.C.-based East Carolina University. 

Dr. McGraw is now seeing patients in Brier Creek, Raleigh and Wake Forest, N.C., according to the post.
