Dr. William J. Johnson dies after heart attack

William J. Johnson, DO, of Mount Airy, NC, passed away this weekend from a heart attack while riding his bike, reports The Mount Airy News.

Dr. Johnson was a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, affiliated with NHSC, Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin and Alleghany Memorial Hospital in Sparta.
