1. Dr. Tran is one of six appointees who will serve on the board through Aug. 3, 2024, CalOptima said in an Aug. 11 announcement.
2. Previously, he served as clinical instructor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
3. Dr. Tran has practiced in Orange County since 2002.
