Dr. Pennington will join the orthopedic clinic in partnership with Pullman (Wash.) Regional Hospital. Since 1997, he has cared for patients in the region, including serving 21 years as team physician for the University of Idaho Vandals.
Dr. Pennington recently returned to the area following a three-year religious mission in Argentina.
He will treat patients in both Moscow and Pullman.
