Dr. Avshalumov is a hip and knee replacement specialist with Advanced Orthopedics & Joint Preservation in Valley Stream, N.Y.
He completed his residency at Peninsula Hospital Center in Queens, N.Y., and a fellowship in joint preservation, resurfacing and replacement at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Dr. Avshalumov’s professional affiliations include the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Medical Association.
