Edgefield (S.C.) County Hospital has added R. Vaughan Massie, MD, to its physician team, according to a report by The Edgefield Advertiser.

1. Dr. Massie is a partner at Carolina Musculoskeletal Institute in Aiken, S.C., and he also provides surgical services at Aiken Regional Medical Center and the Surgery Center of Aiken.

 

2. He has a professional interest in sports medicine and arthroscopy.

 

3. He completed his orthopedic residency at UT-Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tenn.

 

4. In addition, he completed a sports medicine fellowship at Columbus, Ga.-based Hughston Clinic.
