Dr. Paul Mason joins Wyoming County Community Hospital: 4 insights

Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw, N.Y., welcomed Paul Mason, MD, according to the WBTA.

Here are four insights:

 

1. Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Mason will also serve as chief medical officer. As chief medical officer, he will assist with hospital strategic planning, physician recruiting, patient satisfaction and community involvement.

 

2. Since 2014, Dr. Mason has performed more than 300 orthopedic surgeries, with approximately 100 being hip or knee replacement surgeries.

 

3. Dr. Mason underwent fellowship training in hip and knee reconstruction at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit.

 

4. Dr. Mason earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and later completed his residency at Henry Ford Health System.
