Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson has traveled to Los Angeles to receive treatment from Neal ElAttrache, MD, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic, according to a June 10 report from the Indianapolis Star.

Mr. Richardson is seeking a second opinion from Dr. ElAttrache on his injured shoulder. Dr. ElAttrache also operated on Mr. Richardson in 2023.

Mr. Richardson was pulled from practice two weeks ago following pain in his throwing shoulder. Physicians discovered aggravation in the joint, and there is currently no timetable for his return to training camp.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
