Dr. Neal ElAttrache to operate on UFC star Jamahal Hill

UFC fighter Jamahal Hill has chosen experienced sports medicine surgeon Neal ElAttrache, MD, to repair his ruptured Achilles tendon, according to a July 18 report from USA Today Sports.

Mr. Hill obtained the injury while playing basketball during International Fight Week in Las Vegas, according to the report. 

Dr. ElAttrache, who practices at the Cedars-Sinai Kerlan Jobe Institute in Los Angeles, is the team surgeon for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Rams and has operated on several high-profile athletes and celebrities. 

He has also operated on a number of UFC fighters in the past, including Conor McGregor, Georges St-Pierre and Francis Ngannou.
