Dr. Neal ElAttrache operates on Aaron Rodgers

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers had surgery to repair a torn Achilles tendon, ESPN reported.

In a Sept. 14 Instagram story, Mr. Rodgers thanked Neal ElAttrache and his team for treating him the day before. Mr. Rodgers faces months of rehab, but Jets coach Robert Saleh and owner Woody Johnson suggested he may return to the field in 2024.

The quarterback injured his left Achilles tendon four plays into his debut game with the Jets.
