Dr. Calson, of New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery, treated Mr. Bagley’s fractured metacarpal bone in his right hand.
Mr. Bagley will be reevaluated in six weeks. He is in his second season and injured his hand during a game on Jan. 2.
