Dr. Sisk, who was one of the co-fouding partners of the practice, plans to move to Alpine, Wyo., the report said. He plans to perform surgeries on a part-time schedule in western Nebraska. He also plans to volunteer with a medical group in Ukraine.
He joined the practice in 1999 and has been a team physician for the Professional Rodeo Tour and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Teams, according to SOSI’s website. Dr. Sisk told Steamboat Pilot & Today that he’s been an orthopedic patient was well as a physician.
“I’ve had the advantage of being on that side of the fence line, and it’s helped me be a better doctor in all facets,” Dr. Sisk said in the report. “We can really change people’s lives permanently, and that always has given me great satisfaction.”
