Dr. Michael Lim to expand total joint services in Connecticut: 5 notes

Michael Lim, MD, will now serve patients through Litchfield Hills Orthopedic Associates in Torrington, Conn., in addition to his current practice, according to The Litchfield County Times.

Here are five notes:

 

1. Dr. Lim will perform surgery at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, also in Torrington.

 

2. He will continue serving patients at Middlesex Orthopedic Surgeons, with locations in Middletown, Hebron, Bloomfield and Westbook, all in Connecticut.

 

3. He specializes in anterior total hip replacements, cartilage allograft transplants, partial knee replacements, primary and revision total hip and knee replacements and early rehabilitation.

 

4. Dr. Lim completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Hospital.

 

5. He completed his joints/lower extremity reconstruction fellowship at Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla, Calif.
