Dr. Margaret Harvey joins staff of Plancher Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine: 3 notes

Orthopedic surgeon Margaret Harvey, DO, is joining the Greenwich, Conn.-based Plancher Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.

Here’s what you should know.

 

1. Dr. Harvey spent several years in the U.S. Navy. She trained at Walter Reed National Military Medical during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. She was stationed in Okinawa, Japan and at Camp Lejuene, N.C.

 

2. At Plancher, Dr. Harvey will lead the Women’s Sports Health practice, and treat professional women athletes.

 

3. Dr. Harvey is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
