The procedure was to repair a torn muscle in Mr. Kann’s hip. The surgery will cause him to miss the remainder of the 2024 MLS season, according to an Aug. 21 news release from the team.
Dr. Almasri performed the surgery at Mercy Health – Fairfield (Ohio) Hospital.
