Kyle W. Abben, DPM, performed the first total ankle replacement at Jamestown (N.D.) Regional Medical Center, according to a Jamestown Sun report.

1. The 40-year-old woman who received the replacement had suffered with ankle pain for years.

 

2. Dr. Abben focuses on Achilles tendon injuries, arthritis of foot and ankle and arthroscopic ankle surgery.
