Dr. Sage will practice at two Grand Rapids (Mich.) locations.
Dr. Sage received her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Harrogate, Tenn.-based DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine at Lincoln Memorial University. She underwent foot and ankle orthopedic surgery fellowship training at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore.
