3. Dr. West has previously served as a team physician for the San Diego Chargers and San Diego Padres.
4. A member of American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, Dr. West is also affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Arthroscopy Association of North America.
