Dr. José Toro named Peconic Bay Medical Center orthopedic fracture, trauma director

José B. Toro, MD, has joined Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, N.Y., as its director of orthopedic fracture and trauma services, according to a Riverhead Local report.

Prior to his new appointment, Dr. Toro was the acting director of the division of orthopedic surgery at Jacobi Medical Center in New York.
