Dr. John Todd provides charitable care in Ecuador: 4 points

John Todd, MD, recently traveled to Ecuador on a medical mission trip, according to Al.com.

Here are four points:

 

1. Dr. Todd, an orthopedic surgeon with Baldwin Bone & Joint in Daphne, Ala., participated in the charitable care project, an ongoing effort sponsored by Bayside Medical Missions.

 

2. The medical team, which Dr. Todd was a part of, performed 30 orthopedic surgical procedures, including ACL reconstructions and shoulder reconstructions.

 

3. This is the third mission trip that Dr. Todd has participated in since 2012.

 

4. Dr. Todd completed a sports medicine and shoulder reconstruction at Hughston Sports Medicine Foundation in Columbus, Ga.
