Dr. Jeffrey Ginther joins Indiana hospital

Orthopedic surgeon Jeffrey Ginther, MD, recently joined Rush Memorial Hospital in Rushville, Ind., reports the Rushville Republican.

Dr. Ginther specializes in joint replacement of the hip and knee and has been in private practice for the past 22 years.

He served in the U.S. military for 29 years, leaving as a U.S. Army Colonel in 1999. 

Dr. Ginther was in the Gulf War in Saudi Arabia at a field hospital where he served as chief of orthopedics, chief of surgery and advisor to the consultant surgeon general of all Southeast Asia.

He is seeing patients at Rush Memorial Hospital Specialists/Orthopedics in Rushville, Ind.
