Dr. Voos is chair of orthopedics at University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, according to a news release. In December, he was one of two orthopedic surgeons to debut Lazurite’s ArthroFree wireless camera in Ohio.

“We are honored to have Dr. Voos join our team,” Lazurite CEO and cofounder Eugene Malinskiy said in the release. “He has made significant contributions in the product refinement of the ArthroFree wireless surgical camera system, particularly for our orthopedics and sports medicine target market.”

ArthroFree is the first wireless surgical camera to receive market clearance from the FDA for arthroscopy and general endoscopy.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
