Here are five things to know about Dr. Ringler:
1. He has a special interest in pediatric trauma and fracture care, infections, osteomyelitis, amputations, nonunions, malunions, pelvic fractures, acetabular fractures, periarticular factures and foot and ankle trauma.
2. Before joining The CORE Institute’s North Phoenix clinic, he cared for patients at the Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan for 20-plus years.
3. He is a member of the American Orthopaedic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Orthopaedic Trauma Association and American Medical Society.
4. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Ringler has published several articles in professional journals and given presentations at orthopedics meetings.
5. He earned his medical degree at Loyola University School of Medicine in Chicago and completed the Grand Rapids (Mich.) Residency Program in orthopedic surgery. His additional training includes a fellowship at Harborview Hospital, University of Washington.
