Here, Dr. Nicholson discusses the best opportunity for practice growth in the future.

Question: What is your best opportunity for growth?

Dr. James Nicholson: Growth of a practice is mostly based upon taking proper care of the patient. Treating each individual as a family member is the time-tested way to improve growth. It is not offering something new or better; it is offering what is proven to help patients in a caring manner. For some surgeons this is much more difficult than learning a new technique that may or may not be better.
