Dr. Harris helped to develop the new FX model, FX V135, which allows surgeons to adapt the shoulder implant to a patient’s anatomy. Dr. Harris has been collaborating with FX on the model since it entered the U.S. market in 2018.
FX has operated in France since 2011 and is currently the leader in shoulder arthroplasty technology, according to a Jan. 12 press release.
Along with improving existing products, Dr. Harris and FX are continually collaborating to develop new solutions. Dr. Harris has been involved with many existing product designs and is listed on an FX patent.
