Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Surbaugh passed away due to complications of Lewy Body Dementia.
2. After medical school, Dr. Surbaugh served as a major in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Nuremberg, Germany.
3. He began his orthopedic practice in Oregon but moved to Twin Falls in 1980 and practiced there for over 20 years.
4. He treated congenital deformities, trauma, infections, tumors, metabolic disturbances and other spine, hands, feet, knee, hip, shoulder and elbow injuries.
