He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and fellow of the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Hebert earned his medical degree at Uniformed Services University of Health Services and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth.
