He is an assistant professor of clinical orthopedic surgery and foot and ankle surgery. He is also the foot and ankle fellowship director and director of foot and ankle research at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
In 2013, Dr. Farber was an AAOS Leadership Fellow and has been involved with the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
Dr. Farber earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Pennsylvania State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. His additional training includes a foot and ankle fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla.
