Dr. Nikolai has a wide array of clinical interests, including treating sports injuries such as ACL repairs, meniscus tears, arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs and carpal tunnel. He also performs total joint replacements of the knee, hip and shoulder. He completed his orthopedic residency at Penn State Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center, according to the report.
