The system was cleared by the FDA in August and is expected to see a full market release in the first quarter of 2024, according to a Nov. 28 press release.
The Integrity implant is a flexible, knitted, HA-based scaffold that provides improved dry and wet strength and regenerative capacity over first-generation collagen patches. It supports regenerative healing through improved cell infiltration, tissue remodeling and tendon thickening.
The system demonstrates greater regenerative capacity as early as 12 weeks post-implantation. At 26 weeks, the Integrity system forms a new network of tendon tissues.
