Dr. Christina Hardesty appointed to Hattie Larlham board

Pediatric orthopedic surgeon Christina Hardesty, MD, has been named to the board of directors of the Hattie Larlham Foundation, the Record-Courier reports.

Four things to know:

1. The Hattie Larlham Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

2. Dr. Hardesty practices at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in Cleveland and UH Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, Ohio.

3. She is also assistant professor of orthopaedics and adjunct professor of pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland.

4. Dr. Hardesty will focus on strategic growth and development, advocacy, governance, and fundraising for Hattie Larlham.
