1. Dr. Cornell will lead all orthopedic services, subspecialty divisions and HSS orthopedics at Stamford Health.
2. Dr. Cornell’s research has focused on total knee replacement’s impact on knee osteoarthritis treatment. He’s currently investigating approaches to post-total knee replacement pain management.
3. He serves as professor of clinical orthopedic surgery at New York City-based Weill Cornell Medical College and attending orthopedic surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery.
4. Stamford Health and Hospital for Special Surgery partnered last month to advance muscoskeletal care.
