2. Ten percent of orthopedic surgeons made $955,000 or more, according to the report.

 

3. Dr. Cohen told Dispatch that part of his high income is derived from part ownership of a surgical center.

 

4. Between 2002 and 2013, Dr. Cohen’s total pay received is over $23 million, according to the report.
