Phoenix-based The CORE Institute added surgeon Brian Buck, DO, to its roster of orthopedic trauma experts.

1. Dr. Buck is accepting patients at the practice’s new Mesa, Ariz.-based clinic.

2. AO North America awarded Dr. Buck the Howard Rosen Award for his operative fracture management course for surgical residents.

3. He completed residency training at the Philadelphia College of Medicine, fellowship training at the Minneapolis-based University of Minnesota Hennepin County Medical Center and specialized training at Boston-based Harvard University.
