Danbury Orthopedics offers partial knee replacement at outpatient center

Danbury (Conn.) Orthopedics is now offering partial knee replacement at the Western Connecticut Orthopedic Surgical Center in Danbury, the practice’s newly opened center.

The partial procedure involves less tissue damage than a total knee replacement and recoveries are generally faster. “This marks the first time that patients in the Danbury area do not have to go to a hospital to have this advanced procedure,” said John Dunleavy, MD, a Danbury Orthopedics surgeon.
