The three-story, 70,000-square-foot office building is less than a mile from Summerlin Hospital Medical Center. The space is already 100 percent leased and has created 200 medical jobs in the area, according to the report.

It is the first outpatient facility on the west side of the Las Vegas Valley to offer a cardiac catheterization lab and post-surgery recovery suites. It also features an operating room.

Besides orthopedics, the building will house cardiology, radiology, dentistry, orthodontics, primary care and physical therapy.

Michael Crovetti Jr., DO, was part of a ribbon-cutting held for the center on June 8.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
