Corentec names Michael Son executive vice president

Orthopedic device manufacturer Corentec has named Michael Son as its executive vice president to lead its sales and business development in North and South America, according to a Feb. 7 report from CityBiz.

Mr. Son worked with Corentec from 2011 to 2015 as its vice president of sales. He has over 25 years of experience in orthopedic medical device sales, working in markets all over the globe. 

Mr. Son will be responsible for pricing strategies, negotiations, hiring, and profits and losses in his new role. 

“I am excited to re-join Corentec to make an impact on both the orthopedic market in the Americas and to patients and caregivers across the two continents,” Mr. Son told CityBiz. “I look forward to establishing relationships with old and new customers and contributing to the growth of the company.”
