Coordinated Health acquires Orthopedics Associates of the Greater Lehigh Valley

Bethlehem, Pa.-based Coordinated Health acquired Nazareth, Pa.-based Orthopedics Associates of the Greater Lehigh Valley.

The acquisition is effective immediately and the following physicians from the orthopedic practice will join Coordinated Health:

 

•    Christopher Ferrante, MD, who focuses on joint replacement procedures
•    Robert Friedman, MD, who focuses on sports medicine
•    Vito Loguidice, MD, who focuses on spine surgery

 

“This acquisition enhances our existing geographic presence and patient access in Easton and Phillipsburg, while deepening the offering of our nationally-recognized musculoskeletal program. With the addition of these world-class surgeons, we now have a total of 25 orthopedic surgeons and more than 85 physical therapists. This is a win-win for both patients and employers,” said Coordinated Health CEO Emil DiIorio, MD.
