3. After earning his medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine, Dr. Budny completed an orthopedic residency at the University of Buffalo (N.Y.).

 

4. Dr. Budny completed an adult reconstructive surgery fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta.
