The new facility is expected to open in 2024 and will be operated by Cohen Orthopedic in partnership with the Great Seal Medical Group and Leawood, Kan.-based ValueHealth.

The Great Seal is an independent physician group that is made up of several area physicians, including Dr. Cohen.

The new healthcare facility will comprise an ASC and a medical office building. The office building will house a multispecialty clinic, urgent care, an imaging center, a physical therapy office and a primary care clinic.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
