The clinic, open 8-11 a.m. through November, focuses on acute, non-emergent injuries from late-week games, including concussions. Christus orthopedic surgeon Michael Trice, MD, said the program helps athletes avoid waiting until Monday for treatment, according to the report.
Care is free of charge and staffed by orthopedic and concussion specialists.
