Dallas-based Carrell Clinic has added sports medicine specialist David Tietze, MD, to its team, according to a June 12 news release sent to Becker’s.
Dr. Tietze will treat patients at Carrell’s Dallas and Frisco, Texas, locations, specializing in shoulder, hip, knee and lower leg procedures.
He is also the official team physician for major league soccer team FC Dallas, as well as for Dallas Baptist University and The University of Texas at Dallas.
As a sports medicine expert, Dr. Tietze focuses on orthopedic and sports injuries, nonoperative sports medicine, biologic therapy, regenerative medicine, exercise prescription and weight loss, athletic performance and concussion management.
